Our work with individuals is customized for each client. We offer a variety of tailored approaches to uncover relational, behavioral, and emotional patterns. The supportive space in therapy, allows people to redirect their energy to move forward and create happy, fulfilling lives.
For Couples.
Working with couples is powerful. Identifying and tracking emotional and communication patterns leads to new insights and creates space for growth and connection. In therapy, we spend time understanding ongoing patterns (often unconscious), slow them down, and design new and better habits that build a better relationship. Because there are two people involved, new patterns are much more likely to be reinforced and sustained. Ultimately, couples most often feel gratitude, make better decisions, and have more fulfilling relationships as a result of therapy.
For Families.
Similar to working with couples in therapy, family therapy focuses on discovering behavioral and emotional patterns and the multiple perspectives that make up the family system. Family therapy is highly effective and helps provide clarity about what is going on, why it’s happening, and how to change. This work can uncover the dynamics in extended families, can help create boundaries or make agreements, can foster a supportive family system, and can resolve challenging situations and relational issues.
